About Me:

After 10 years in corporate sales roles, I became a real estate investor and started flipping homes in 2006. I became licensed to sell real estate in 2007 in an effort to become more autonomous in locating new properties to flip. 

As the market started to fall apart, I started speaking to more and more homeowners who owed more than their homes were worth leaving me unable to purchase their home as an investment.

I felt the upcoming market crash would be significant and that there would be a demand for experts in the short sale process. I decide to refocus my efforts towards helping people sell their over leveraged homes and settle their mortgage debts. 

My business quickly grew and by 2010 I was the leading short sale agent in the state of CT. I have continued to work short sales ever since, closing hundreds, and I expanded my business to Florida in 2019. 

Over the past two decades I have received hundreds, if not thousands, of inquiries from homeowners and agents nationwide needing assistance with their short sales, and have done my best to help them all. 

As of this writing it is 2024, and I feel a new crash is around the corner. I decided to put together this series of articles and videos in hopes of helping real estate agents and homeowners around the country get through their short sales more easily.
