$2,000 is the minimum advance fee for the first five hours of remote work. This is the minimum charge to be paid, and is non-refundable.
Fees are not contingent upon the outcome of any matter. Additional terms including travel, deposition or trial scheduling, cancellation, and payment requirements, are provided in the expert witness engagement agreement.
